GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro Coliseum is hosting the ACC Women’s Tournament, which is socially distanced this year due to COVID-19 restrictions.

March marks the 21st year the coliseum has hosted the event, which is the most of any venue. It's operating at limited capacity due to Gov. Roy Cooper's current executive order

David Smith says he's just happy to watch his daughter Ahlana play in person again.

“It's a blessing anytime you get to see your child perform on this stage, on this level in person," Smith says.

The Women’s Tournament continues through Sunday. The 2021 New York Life ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament tips off Tuesday, March 9.
