Update:

The Durham Police Department reports that Fathee Mohamed Rahmah, who was wanted for kidnapping and sexual assaulting children inside of an ice cream truck, has turned himself into authorities.

Rahmah has been transported to the Durham County Jail under a $1 million bond.

Investigators from the Durham Police Department are looking for a man who they say is wanted for kidnapping and sexual assaulting children inside of an ice cream truck.

Officers say 51-year-old Isam Fathee Mohamed Rahmah was the driver of a red ice cream truck which was used to lure two male children inside. They say the Ford truck has several pictures of popsicles on the back and side with a NC license plate reading PCZ-3617.

Officials say the incidents happened on two separate occasions: October 22 at the 1100 block of S. Hoover Road and October 25 at the 300 block of Junction Road.

Rahmah faces a felony first degree kidnapping charge and an indecent liberties with a child charge. It is possible that more charges will be added.
