WINSTON-SALEM -- Authorities are investigating a fight which occurred at Carver High School Wednesday night during a basketball game against Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy. 

Video from the fight surfaced on social media. 

Police say the crowd size during the “affray” was estimated at 75-100 people.

After the incident, three people were transported to Wake Forest Baptist Hospital with minor injuries.

The game was cancelled after the fight.

During the altercation, five officers who were in the gym had to use pepper spray to break it up. 

Investigators are working with principals from both schools to try to understand just what happened. 

It is unknown right now if anyone will be charged.
