The shooting happened on East Innes Street Saturday, April 21.

According to Alcohol Law Enforcement agents, the arcade is a gaming parlor with skill-based games where customers can win cash prizes. An agent says these types of establishments can attract incidents because of the cash nature of the business.

Mason was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center under a $50,000 secured bond.
