FORT BRAGG, N.C. -- A solider who tried to steal government weapons is now in custody.

Fort Bragg authorities say 23-year-old Cameron Bray turned himself in Thursday evening.     

Bray was checked out by a doctor and turned over to Cumberland County deputies.

He's charged with attempted larceny of government weapons.

Bray is expected in court next week.
