RALEIGH - An accident closed a part of Interstate 85 North in Raleigh-Durham Wednesday afternoon.
The crash happened 2 miles west of US-70 at Exit 170 near Hillsborough.
It re-opened around 3:30 p.m., but congestion remained.
An alternate route to I-85 is available via US-70.
