BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo Police have released the name of the man killed in a shooting Tuesday night.
The victim has been identified as Luis Rivera, 25, of Buffalo.
It happened on the first block of Center Lane right after 8:15 p.m.
Police say the victim died at the scene.
