There will be no second trial for Macballers gang member Calvin Johnson.

The Binghamton man pleaded guilty Monday just as his drug trafficking trial was about to begin in federal court.

Johnson ran the 17 East nightclub that was eventually shutdown by Binghamton officials due to criminal activity around the property.

He was convicted on drug trafficking charges in 2015 and sentenced to life in prison, however the conviction was later thrown out.

The latest plea includes two counts: one for trafficking cocaine, heroin and marijuana, and another for possessing a gun as a convicted felon.

He's expected to get 35 years behind bars when he's sentenced in August.
