The man accused of killing a woman on Easter in Johnson City has been extradited back to Broome County.

According to jail records, Corey Robinson was booked into the correctional facility Saturday night after being extradited from Georgia, where he was arrested last week.

The 29-year-old faces a second-degree murder charge for allegedly killing Erika Smith.

Police say the shooting happened after a fight between Robinson and another person during a party at 92 Crocker Avenue.

They say Smith was not the intended target.

Two other people were also hurt.

On Monday, authorities recovered the gun they believe was used in the shooting in the Susquehanna River, along with other evidence.
