Interstate 81 in Cortland County is now back open after a tractor-trailer jackknifed in the road.
The same situation slowed traffic Friday morning further north in Syracuse.
A tractor-trailer spun out on Interstate 690; however, that truck crossed over into the median, so traffic could still get through.
Only one lane of 690 was closed near the Thompson Road Exit. That is now completely cleared, as is the accident on 81 North.
The highway had been closed for about an hour due to the crash.
