It's the first time in four years Elmira has hosted the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League All-Star game.

Some of the nation's best college players took to the field in front of another sold-out crowd.

Thousands of fans filled historic Dunn Field for Wednesday's game. And that meant a win for the economy.

"They're here to watch a game, a lot stayed over night in hotels, they've fueled their cars and they've ate meals in town. So we try to give back to the community and hopefully they're spending a lot of money and revenue is coming in for not only the Pioneers but the entire city, the area of the Twin Tiers," said Elmira Pioneers Owner, Robbie Nichols.

In addition to the fans in the stands, 30 MLB scouts were also at the game.
