NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — Seniors in Niagara Falls may be able to get some help with their heating bills. Mayor Robert Restaino has announced the return of HEAP Application Assistance for seniors.
The assistance program runs every other Friday through January 21 at the John A. Duke Senior Center. Appointments are required and are available from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
