CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — For the second, and final, time this season, the Bills were greeted by cheering fans when they arrived in Buffalo.

Instead of celebrating a win, and making it deeper into the playoffs, more than 100 fans gathered Sunday night to thank the team for a great season.

"You got the playoff team," said David Edie, one of the Bills faithful who waited to welcome the team home. "I got the playoff hat, I bought it the first day and I will be wearing it when I go back to school in New England."

Added fan Shayne Whitmer: ""I thought I would be more disappointed honestly. But, they've accomplished a lot, a lot more than people thought honesty. But we trust the process, we trust the coach and I think next year is going to be a big year."
