Last week, the New York Department of Health released the results of a long awaited report concerning marijuana legalization.

Findings say the positives far outway the negatives, between taxation prospects and proper regulation, and, Governor Cuomo is on board.

Supporters are also happy, as they say this will further erode policing policies and arrests that unfairly target communities of color- if the legislature follows through on the recommendations.
