According to our sources, UAlbany is set to name Army Associate Head Coach Colleen Mullen as the next head coach.

Mullen spent the last seven seasons at Army, six of those as the associate head coach under Dave Magarity. During that time, Mullen helped lead the Black Knights to the NCAA tournament twice and the WNIT twice.

Mullen is taking over a UAlbany program that finished this past season second in the regular season with 24 wins. A standout guard in college, Mullen played two seasons at Rhode Island before transferring to New Hampshire.

She will likely be introduced at a press conference early this week.
