We had anywhere from zero accumulation to over a foot of accumulation that caused power outages.

What You Need To Know

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for the Adirondacks and Catskills, with a Winter Weather Advisory in effect for the Berkshires, Greens and Mohawk Valley.

Heavy snowfall rates may approach 2 inches per hour early Tuesday, which will lead to sloppy travel conditions.

The heavy, wet nature of the snow, combined with gusty winds, could bring down trees and produce scattered power outages.

Steady precipitation will taper from south to north through the morning, with scattered lighter mixed showers persisting into Tuesday evening.

By the time steady snow ends, some high elevation communities will see more than a foot.
