Unless Congress acts, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals - or DACA - program will be ending in March. So a Bronx assemblyman has proposed to bills aimed at supporting DACA recipients here in New York. One would prevent the DMV from canceling or suspending a drivers license once the program expires. The other would allow Dreamers to apply for the state's Excelsior Scholarship Program without having to qualify for other aid. Assemblyman Luis Sepulveda joins us to talk more about both bills.
