Oneida County has reported its fourth death due to COVID-19.

County Executive Anthony Picente reported the death on Tuesday afternoon.

Picente said the county has an additional 13 cases of the novel coronavirus, bringing the total number of cases to 224, with 167 cases still active. More than 50 people have recovered.

Neighboring Herkimer County has seen 3 deaths due to the virus.
