In this edition of Home for the Holidays, Iris St. Meran shows us how the organization, Serenity for Women is making sure they feel that, two tiny homes at a time.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Home means different things to different people. In Syracuse, the hope is that it means safety for homeless female veterans.

Serenity for Women, an organization founded by female veterans, is making sure they feel that, two tiny homes at a time.

Serenity for Women plans to build more tiny homes for female veterans in the future. They will turn ownership of these homes over to the Rescue Mission.

A selection process is now underway to chose who will live in these homes. And the goal is to have it occupied by the beginning of next year.
