State Police have arrested two people for the vandalism of an Oswego County cemetery.
Dozens of headstones were knocked over in Mexico last month, damaging the oldest section of the cemetery. Officials said the damaged headstones were all more than 100 years old.
Kody Barr, 21, has been charged with cemetery desecration, criminal mischief and unlawfully dealing with a child.
A 16-year-old was also arrested and charged with cemetery desecration.
The owner of Oswego County Monuments plans on restoring the headstones.
