The former DeWitt doctor being held in connection with his wife's death is now out on bail.

Robert Neulander was jailed on $1 million bail, $2 million bond, Monday.

Friday morning, his name was removed from the inmate registry, and sources confirm he has been released.

Neulander is facing a retrial for the murder of his wife in 2012. He was previously convicted, but that was thrown out because of juror misconduct.

At his bail hearing Monday, the judge did order that Neulander surrender his passport and wear a GPS tracking device, should he make bail. He would also need written permission to leave Onondaga County.

He is due back in court in October.
