Over the last 48 hours, Onondaga County has lost four more people to COVID-19.

County Executive Ryan McMahon made the announcement during his daily coronavirus briefing on Tuesday. With Monday being Memorial Day, McMahon did not hold a press conference on Monday.

There were two deaths on Monday and two more deaths on Tuesday. It brings the total deaths in the country related to the coronavirus to 123.

There have now been 1,959 total cases of COVID-19 in the county, up 76 since Sunday.
