Binghamton Mayor Rich David is out of isolation and back at City Hall after recovering from COVID-19. He says he was cleared by the Broome County Health Department.

David tested positive for the virus on October 7 and spent one night in the hospital. That positive test came hours after he attended a mayors' conference in Syracuse.

The mayors of Syracuse, Ithaca, Albany, Schenectady, and Fayetteville all had to quarantine after being exposed, but no one else got sick.

David says he's feeling great now and thanks everyone for their well wishes.
