ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- For the second year in a row the Little Italy Festival was held in the City of Rochester. This year, organizers made it a priority to bring the celebration to the heart of the Little Italy Neighborhood.

This year's festival was held at Marina Auto Stadium in the hopes that a positive festival will help realign the public's perception of the neighborhood.

"The Little Italy Neighborhood Association and the festival have been vocal advocates for this area, we want to make sure the perception of this area changes and there's investment in this area," Silvano Orsi of the Little Italy Neighborhood Association.
