Fast, explosive, great catch radius and reliable hands: that is exactly what Oklahoma State's James Washington would bring to the Bills. The Cowboys senior shined game in and game out and has the accolades to prove it.

He's an all-American, finalist for the Biletnikoff award, first team all-conference and racked up over 1,500 yards on 74 catches for 13 scores. In short, he's the guy to blow the lid off the defense."

"With having speed on the outside and stretching the field, teams can only do certain things to stop that. As well as having a strong catching point ability that is something that I have worked on since I started football. That is something I have worked on to this point,” said Washington.

While Washington stands just 5'11", he doesn't lack confidence when to comes to winning battles in the air.

"I think it all comes down to want to. You know, those 50/50 balls is just whoever wants it more and I feel I want it more than the DB every time the ball is in the air,” said Washington.

But there are a few things that even the 21-year-old admits he could do better.

"Just being more efficient in routes. That is something that every receiver could work on. Being more fluid in his breaks,” said Washington.

Washington should be one of the first wideouts off the board, so if the Bills want him they will have to take him in the first.

Next up, we switch to defense as I take a look at Stanford's defensive tackle Harrison Phillips.
