Personality has really taken off in recent years during the pre-draft evaluations, especially when looking at quarterbacks. Baker Mayfield's is the biggest of them all, which helped turn him from a walk-on at Texas Tech to a Heisman Trophy winner at Oklahoma. It's also gotten him in trouble on-and-off the field—with an arrest to a crotch grab on the sidelines.

"When I got tackled by the cops in Arkansas, I tell them the true story. When I talk about planting the flag against Ohio State, I talk about the fact that that was an emotional win. That was one we worked for over a year for after they embarrassed us at our home stadium. When they talk about the Kansas thing, it's about me drawing a line and being professional. If I want to be a franchise guy there's certain things that I can't do. But I'm also going to still be competitive and passionate. That's what's gotten me to this point. So I talk about it and I'm up front about it,” said Mayfield.

From a pure football standpoint, Mayfield's numbers are atop the class, with well over 12,000 passing yards and 119 touchdown tosses in his three years as the Sooners starter. He says he's the most accurate QB in the draft, backed up by leading the nation in completion percentage at over 70 percent while also leading in yards per attempt. Baker also only threw just 21 interceptions in 1,157 attempts. This all coming as he stands just under 6’1”.

"Height doesn't matter. You see guys like Tyrod Taylor, [Drew] Brees, Russell Wilson, they've proven that it doesn't matter. If you want to say anything else, I've got three years of tape you can watch. The height didn't matter at that point. I think I have less batted balls at the line of scrimmage than all the other guys here and I'm pretty sure I'm shorter than them too. So it doesn't matter,” said Mayfield.

Mayfield believes he's the best quarterback in the class, but it's unknown as of now exactly where in the top 10 he's expected to go. The same came be said for our next prospect profile, as we look at Wyoming's Josh Allen.
