Meredith Williams is the former owner of Pepper Moon Catering, a catering company for most food and beverages at the tournament.

Williams sold the company five years ago, but even though she’s no longer an owner, she still helps during big events.

“Really excited to continue to take care of this awesome event, you know, and be a big part of our community. And thousands and thousands of fans come out this week, and we've gotten really good at making sure they have everything they need as far as food and beverage goes,” Williams said.

Pepper Moon Catering started working for Wyndham Championship in 1996 when the event was known as the Greater Greensboro Open.

“For us to be a part of that and an integral part for so many years for more than 25 years is incredibly meaningful to us because we want to help make things really good for our community and keep things. We want to serve great food and we want to serve great seafood. We want to serve great drinks. Everybody that comes out to the golf tournament wants to come out here to have fun and relax for a day,” Williams said.
