Music program helps veterans connect, heal

For many of us, the power of music is undeniable. A newly formed program is harnessing that power and bringing military veterans together. It’s a time for camaraderie and for comfort. And the program could still use a little help to make sure all veterans have an instrument to play.

To learn an instrument, you have to start somewhere. For Alicia Rock, it’s been a while since she played the trumpet.
