A teenager is dead and two adults are in critical condition following a July 4 shooting in Vestal.
Police say it happened just after 9 p.m. on Rano Boulevard. They say an 11-year-old child was upstairs when she heard gunshots.
When she came downstairs, she found her mother and sister had been shot and told police she saw her father holding a gun. She ran to a neighbor's house to call 911.
When police arrived, they found two adults with gunshot wounds to the head and officers say a 17-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
